Technical Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Coordinate and assign tasks to team members to ensure alignment with objectives
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
• Identify and mitigate project risks and implement solutions
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure deliverables meet quality standards
• Manage project resources and budgets, tracking expenditures
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager managing complex technical projects
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Jira

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP certification
• Master's degree in Project Management or a related field
• Experience in agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
