Technical Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Full project management of energy investments
• Conducting building services and energy surveys
• Technical preparation and monitoring of projects from tender to implementation
• Providing technical support for investments, including plan reviews and construction control
• Ensuring conditions for construction and service provision, including handling regulatory permits and authorities
• Drafting and negotiating the technical content of contracts
• Maintaining contact with designers, technical inspectors, and subcontractors
• On-site inspection and management of construction works
• Developing alternative and innovative technical solutions
• Preparing project reports and data submissions
• Searching for and evaluating new subcontractors

Requirements

• MSc degree in Electrical or Building Services Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of technical project management experience
• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, CAD, and TERC software
• Knowledge of AI tools
• Experience with project methodology and coordination
• Experience in an international corporate environment
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
