About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end delivery for technical programs, managing scope, dependencies, schedules, risks, and priorities.
  • Translate high-level goals into practical plans, milestones, and delivery frameworks.
  • Align engineering, product, and business stakeholders through clear communication and facilitated meetings.
  • Utilize AI, automation, and modern tools to optimize planning, tracking, and reporting.
  • Proactively identify process gaps and recommend scalable solutions to improve team efficiency.
  • Monitor and communicate delivery health metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in software or IT project/program management.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional projects.
  • Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery environments.
  • Technical fluency in software architecture and software development methodologies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data and metrics to assess program health.
  • Proficiency with modern productivity tools and AI-assisted workflows.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Smartsheet.
  • Experience influencing outcomes across teams without direct authority.
  • PMP or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
