Technical Project Manager Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple technical programs addressing quality improvements, cost reductions, and feature enhancements
• Drive project alignment with the Change Control Board (CCB) and ensure key milestones are met
• Manage engineering releases and evaluate cost vs. value to support strategic decision-making
• Identify technical risks early and implement proactive resolution strategies
• Oversee the successful launch of programs into production and ensure quality metrics are sustained
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to maintain momentum and project alignment

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of technical project/program management experience OR
• Master's degree and 1+ year of technical project/program management experience OR
• 5+ years of technical project/program management experience
• Legal authorization to work in the US on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee)
