Technical Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage agile projects ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget
• Oversee sprint planning, execution, and delivery across development, QA, and other technical teams
• Facilitate agile activities including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholders to prioritize tasks and manage dependencies
• Track progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve delays to ensure smooth delivery
• Communicate project status, timelines, and risks to internal and external stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvement by implementing agile best practices and optimizing team workflows
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and operational standards relevant to the TReDS ecosystem
• Maintain detailed documentation of project plans, sprint metrics, release notes and delivery outcomes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or Business
• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in FinTech, Banking, NBFC, or related financial domains
• Proven experience managing agile projects and sprint deliveries
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience working with tools like JIRA and Confluence

Preferred Qualifications

• Scrum Master certification (e.g., CSM, PSM)
• Business analysis experience
• Experience with TReDS platforms or fintech systems
• Strong understanding of financial concepts and technology platforms
