Technical Project Manager - Integrations

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate technical work within cross-functional pods to ensure alignment with project goals and customer needs.
• Oversee the release management process, including planning, execution, and post-release monitoring.
• Proactively identify, track, and resolve project blockers and mitigate risks.
• Manage Jira tickets and documentation to ensure accurate workflow and status updates.
• Facilitate regular agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Prepare and present project items for review by the Requirements Review Board (RRB) and Change Control Board (CCB).
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives regarding standards, processes, and technology.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of technical project management experience, preferably in a healthcare or technology environment.
• Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Kanban.
• Proficiency in Jira and Confluence for issue tracking and documentation.
• Experience in release and change management.
• Understanding of API integrations and data exchange protocols (SFTP, MFT, VPN, HTTPS).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and creative problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7, HL7v2, HL7v3, and FHIR.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
• Experience with tools such as Mirth Connect, Databricks, or Postman.
