Technical Project Manager (Implementation)

Responsibilities

• Present Vusion solutions to leading retailers including supermarkets, pharmacies, and electronics stores
• Configure Vusion solutions to meet specific customer requirements
• Partner with Sales to understand customer business and technical requirements
• Monitor projects using shared tools to ensure deadlines are met and costs are controlled
• Coordinate implementation projects and ensure successful deployments
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to integrations, infrastructure, and solution configuration
• Assemble and lead teams around pre-sales projects to prepare for retailer roll-outs
• Act as the single point of contact for customers regarding technical, integration, and installation issues
• Support the team in developing upgrades, templates, and technical configurations

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, IT, Software Engineering, or a related technical field
• Fluency in Italian and English
• 2-4 years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, Implementation Project Manager, or in IT project management
• Solid technical background in software applications, system integrations, networking, and IT infrastructure

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing technical role
• Working knowledge of Python and JavaScript for reading and modifying code or scripts
• Interest in Retail, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Vision, or IoT industries
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
