Technical Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely delivery of contract and project deliverables meeting quality standards
• Develop comprehensive project plans encompassing scope based on PWS/SOW/WBS
• Build, communicate, and execute project schedules
• Monitor and communicate team member project allocations and staffing
• Identify and coordinate team needs such as systems access and CAC
• Identify, communicate, and mitigate risks and challenges to stakeholders
• Lead project team sprint planning, backlog management, and assignment tracking
• Monitor engineering performance and coordinate with technical leads

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience working with the Department of War
• Ability to travel to the Pentagon weekly
• Experience managing complex projects in GitLab, Jira, or similar tools
• Experience with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
• Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible to obtain a Secret clearance
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Experience mentoring and coaching talent in technology departments
• Ability to leverage generative AI and emerging technologies for productivity
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
