Technical Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for software development and cybersecurity initiatives
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives
• Partner with engineering and cybersecurity leaders to define roadmaps and milestones
• Coordinate cybersecurity initiatives such as vulnerability remediation and security tooling deployments
• Drive cross-functional dependency management between software, infrastructure, and vendor teams
• Develop project dashboards, metrics, and reporting to provide visibility into performance and risks
• Create detailed project requirements, user stories, and documentation using Jira and Confluence
• Collaborate with construction and operations departments to ensure successful delivery of critical initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 3–5 years of experience in technical project or program management
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile delivery methodologies
• Experience managing software development projects and working with engineering teams
• Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts like vulnerability management and compliance frameworks
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional initiatives and competing priorities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Scrum Master certification (CSM)
• Experience supporting cybersecurity programs or security engineering teams
• Experience in mission-critical environments like data centers or cloud infrastructure
• PMP, PMI-ACP, or similar project management certifications
• Advanced proficiency with Jira and Confluence
