Technical Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and deliver technical projects end-to-end, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality expectations are met
• Develop and maintain project plans, roadmaps, and delivery schedules using enterprise methodologies like SAFe
• Manage dependencies, risks, issues, and change requests with proactive mitigation strategies
• Collaborate with architects and engineering teams to ensure solutions align with technical standards and business objectives
• Serve as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders, translating technical topics into business-friendly language
• Ensure adherence to organizational delivery frameworks, quality standards, and compliance processes
• Foster collaboration across geographically distributed teams to ensure seamless delivery continuity

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in IT, including 4+ years in a Technical Project Manager or delivery-focused role
• Strong understanding of software development processes, system architecture fundamentals, and cloud environments
• Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models
• Proven experience managing cross-functional engineering teams on large-scale projects
• Proficiency with project management tools including Jira, Confluence, and MS Project
• Experience coordinating testing streams (functional, NFT, automation) and release management
• Experience working with architectural frameworks or SAFe methodology

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the Banking, Payments, or Financial Services industry
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, microservices, and cloud-native ecosystems
