Technical Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead integration projects for Carrier Billing and VAS services from planning to production
• Coordinate communication between internal teams (Technology, Product, Commercial, Legal) and external partners
• Manage onboarding of new services and digital content
• Monitor project KPIs and propose continuous improvement actions
• Identify risks, define action plans, and track project phases
• Collect and document functional and technical requirements
• Elaborate technical and functional documentation
• Collaborate with the commercial team to define technical solutions and support new project implementations

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience managing technology projects
• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, Project Management, or similar
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing stakeholders
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or PMI methodologies
• High level of English
• Analytical, organized, and problem-solving mindset
• Experience working with functional and technical documentation
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in telecommunications, Carrier Billing, VAS, or digital services
• Knowledge of REST APIs, HTTP, SOAP, and integration processes
• Basic knowledge of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Experience using Linux and command-line tools
