Technical Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of a cutting-edge product feed optimization platform by bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Establish standard operating procedures, project guidelines, and governance through regular communication cadences.
• Oversee project initiation, including requirement gathering, resource planning, and timeline estimation.
• Manage large-scale, cross-functional teams of 15+ members, ensuring continuous competency development and performance management.
• Identify potential project risks and implement proactive mitigation plans to protect client experience.
• Conduct process and internal audits to ensure compliance with ISMS and data security regulations.
• Present project status, monthly reports, and annual updates to senior management and clients.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience managing technology-driven projects, with a focus on cloud and data engineering.
• 5+ years of experience managing sizable technology teams (15+ members) and handling client expectations.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and proficiency with tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Strong technical foundation in database concepts, designing techniques, and software development lifecycles.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree (e.g., MBA in Systems or Technology).
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or CSM.
• Strong understanding of online marketing campaigns, metrics, and KPIs.
