Technical Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the project schedule, budget, and resource allocation for Spark deployment projects
• Coordinate site preparation, permitting, and utility interconnection timelines
• Proactively identify bottlenecks in procurement, construction, networking, and power readiness
• Act as a cross-functional coordinator between Real Estate, Finance, Manufacturing, and Engineering teams
• Manage relationships with third-party contractors and suppliers
• Provide high-fidelity project status updates and dashboards for executives
• Contribute to the refinement of the Spark Deployment Playbook and process standardization

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of experience managing complex, capital-intensive infrastructure projects (data centers, energy, or advanced manufacturing)
• Experience managing project budgets exceeding $100M
• Demonstrated expertise in scheduling software
• Technical breadth across electrical, mechanical, civil, cloud, and network engineering
• Experience in vendor and contract management with third-party service providers
• Proven ability to drive projects to completion despite supply chain or technical uncertainty
