Technical Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of Coveo's platform by defining project scope, objectives, milestones, and success criteria
• Act as the primary delivery lead and trusted advisor for customer stakeholders to drive alignment and accountability
• Coordinate customer stakeholders, internal experts, and project resources throughout the engagement lifecycle
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, proactively tracking budgets, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables
• Manage project changes, assess impacts, and implement mitigation strategies to minimize risks and delays
• Communicate project progress regularly through status reports, governance meetings, and executive updates
• Partner with architects and developers to translate business requirements into technical user stories

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience managing large-scale IT implementation projects
• At least 5 years of experience in requirements gathering, technical documentation, and quality assurance coordination
• Strong understanding of technical challenges related to cloud-based software and web applications
• Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and organizational skills in customer-facing environments
• Fluency in English to work effectively with global customers and stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps
• Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master)
• Background in web development or software engineering
• Knowledge of enterprise search, indexing technologies, or the Salesforce ecosystem
• Experience in consulting or professional services environments
