Technical Project Manager

About the Company

Charge Robotics is a Series A startup building robots that build solar farms. We developed robots to directly address labor bottlenecks in solar construction and speed up the world’s transition to renewables.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end project plan and schedule for engineering development and deployment
• Drive the design adaptation cycle, tracking requirements, design reviews, and milestones
• Collaborate with supply chain to manage external vendors and contract manufacturers
• Plan and coordinate international deployment logistics including freight and mobilization
• Maintain a clear view of risks, dependencies, and critical path to keep stakeholders aligned

Requirements

• 4+ years of technical program or project management experience
• Experience with complex hardware systems
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work 4-5 days/week from San Leandro HQ
• Willingness to travel internationally for manufacturing and deployment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing international hardware deployments or overseas vendors
• Familiarity with solar, robotics, or construction industries
• Motivation to fight climate change through renewable energy acceleration
