Technical Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers during the discovery phase for requirement gathering and solution mapping
• Manage the complete project lifecycle including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
• Lead cross-functional teams, internal engineers, and external vendors such as Siemens, Cisco, and Moxa
• Ensure seamless integration of industrial data handling, network connectivity, and OT security solutions
• Drive project delivery within scope, time, and budget while managing risks and escalations
• Prepare and maintain project documentation including SOW, as-built diagrams, and SOPs
• Act as the primary customer interface to ensure high satisfaction and smooth handovers

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, IT, or related fields)
• 6–8 years of total experience
• 3–4 years in industrial field execution
• 2–3 years in project management
• Expertise in industrial networking (Siemens, Cisco, Moxa, Teltonika)
• Knowledge of OT security platforms (Nozomi Networks or equivalent)
• Experience with MES, ERP, SCADA, and IoT platforms (OPC-UA, MQTT, Profinet, Modbus)
• Strong skills in planning, scheduling, resource, and vendor management

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications
• Cisco CCNP or CCIE certifications
• OT Security awareness (IEC 62443)
