- Technical leadership: Managing a team of C# developers and ensuring deliverable quality
- Project management: Planning, monitoring deadlines, costs, and risks using Agile methodologies (Scrum/Safe)
- Client interface: Leading technical meetings, gathering requirements, and prioritizing the backlog
- Technical contribution: Active participation in development (code review, architecture design, complex problem solving)
- Continuous improvement: Proposing technical and organizational optimizations
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technical project management
- Mastery of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Safe)
- Expertise in C# development and .NET
- Master's degree (Bac+5) in Computer Science, Engineering School, or equivalent
