Technical Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the full project lifecycle for concept development and industrialization initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and technical leads.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across multiple teams, including universities, external suppliers, R&D, and manufacturing.
• Monitor project progress and performance using KPIs and project management tools to proactively resolve bottlenecks.
• Prepare and deliver regular project updates and executive summaries to steering committees and management teams.
• Ensure adherence to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal quality systems.
• Champion continuous improvement by implementing best practices in project management processes.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in mechanical engineering, automation engineering, project management, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in technical project management, preferably within a manufacturing development environment.
• Proven success in managing complex, high-impact projects from initial concept through to full industrialization.
• Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant design tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven decision-making mindset.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders in a global, matrixed organization.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
