Technical Project Management Leader

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the technical project management team in the Moravian-Silesian region
• Plan and execute maintenance, investment, and sustainability projects
• Identify investment opportunities in collaboration with Asset Management
• Manage tender processes and negotiate with suppliers to ensure quality and cost-efficiency
• Provide technical supervision of properties and ensure compliance with legislation
• Ensure project alignment with sustainability requirements and group reporting
• Hand over completed projects to Asset Management

Requirements

• Minimum high school education with maturita, university degree preferred (ideally in construction or technical field)
• At least 5 years of experience in construction or real estate project management
• At least 3 years of experience in team leadership and development
• Strong knowledge of technical issues in maintenance and investment projects
• English language at B2 level or higher
• Fluency in Czech or Slovak
• Group B driver's license
• Strong organizational, communication, and managerial skills
