Technical Project Management Engineer

Responsibilities

• Manage the project lifecycle of ECU development
• Organize collaboration between requirements and safety engineers for hardware requirements and safety analysis
• Oversee PCBA design and validation processes, including schematic/PCB design, component selection, and EMC/EMI robustness
• Support the definition and execution of hardware validation and DV/PV testing
• Ensure all development complies with ISO 26262, AEC Q standards, and specific OEM requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or Mechatronics
• 3+ years of experience in automotive ECU hardware development
• Strong knowledge of analog/digital circuitry and microcontroller-based system design
• Familiarity with ISO 26262 and EMC standards
• Proficiency in English communication
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally
