Technical Project Lead

Responsibilities

• Interact with counterparts to understand and manage development and integration according to customer or system requirements
• Plan, track, and report on project activities and key milestones
• Monitor KPIs for quality work products and deliverables with a focus on ASPICE and Safety standards
• Participate in meetings to present details regarding feature implementation, changes, and error analysis
• Perform change and error analysis for new developments and requested functionality
• Provide effort estimations based on requested changes and reported issues
• Support the team in resolving key technical issues and conduct training sessions to share expertise

Requirements

• BE / B.Tech / M.E / M.Tech in Electronics, Electronics & Communication, or Industrial Electronics
• 8-9 years of professional experience within the automotive industry
• Proven experience in team management and leadership
• Strong proficiency in written and spoken English
• Deep knowledge of ASPICE and Safety standards

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in the German language
