Technical Project Lead

Responsibilities

• Plan, track, and report on project activities and key milestones
• Interact with counterparts to ensure development and integration meet customer or system requirements
• Monitor KPIs for quality work products and deliverables, ensuring adherence to ASPICE and Safety standards
• Lead meetings to present details regarding feature implementation, changes, and error analysis
• Perform change and error analysis for new developments and requested functionality
• Provide effort estimations for requested changes and support the team in resolving technical issues
• Conduct training sessions and share technical expertise within the team

Requirements

• BE / B.Tech / M.E / M.Tech in Electronics, Electronics & Communication, or Industrial Electronics
• 8-9 years of professional experience in the automotive industry
• Proven experience in team management and leadership
• Strong knowledge of ASPICE and Safety standards
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken)

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in the German language
