Technical Project Coordinator, R&D Info Systems

Responsibilities

• Support project teams by maintaining and coordinating standard project artifacts, including project plans, RAID logs, status reports, and meeting documentation.
• Track action items, risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating as needed to the Project Manager or Program Lead.
• Coordinate schedules, meetings, and deliverables to ensure project activities remain aligned with agreed timelines.
• Work with business users and technical teams to gather, document, and clarify requirements.
• Support testing, validation/UAT coordination, and release activities by organizing materials and documentation.
• Author and maintain system, process, and user documentation in accordance with established standards.
• Utilize AI-enabled tools to draft meeting summaries, status updates, and project documentation to improve efficiency.
• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders, IT partners, and vendors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and four years of experience, OR a Master's Degree and two years of experience.
• Proficiency with AI-enabled tools to support productivity and documentation.
• Strong technical documentation and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting R&D, clinical, or regulated (GxP) systems.
• Familiarity with validation, audit support, or inspection-readiness activities.
• Experience working in a business environment supporting systems, applications, or technical projects.
• Understanding of systems lifecycle activities, including requirements, testing, and validation/UAT.
• Exposure to Agile, hybrid, or matrix project environments.
• Experience coordinating vendors or external partners.
