Technical Project Consultant

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end clinical and non-clinical technology projects for healthcare clients
• Identify and define business, functional, and interface requirements
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with healthcare regulations
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
• Collaborate with clinical, administrative, and IT teams to gather requirements
• Provide regular status updates to leadership and key stakeholders
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for audits and compliance purposes
• Facilitate meetings to ensure transparency in progress tracking
• Leverage enterprise-approved AI tools to streamline workflows and automate repetitive tasks

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in IT project coordination, preferably in healthcare or technology
• Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and SDLC processes
• Proficiency in ServiceNow and MS Office
• Familiarity with MS Project or similar project management tools
• Strong communication skills, including experience working with onshore healthcare clients
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong team-oriented mindset and customer service orientation

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP or equivalent professional certification
• Hands-on experience using ServiceNow for project tracking and management
• Familiarity with HIPAA and other healthcare compliance standards
