Technical Project Consultant

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Smartsheet subject matter expert (SME) to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Participate in technical design sessions and document solutions aligned with business objectives
• Lead end-to-end activities including requirements collection, data management, build, test, and launch
• Develop tools, processes, and best practices to optimize digital workflows and maximize Smartsheet value
• Create use cases to track efficiencies gained and benefits derived from implemented solutions
• Coordinate and share relevant technology trends within the Smartsheet ecosystem and work management tools

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of experience in business process design or process reengineering
• 2+ years of Smartsheet product experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Smartsheet Product Certification, PMP, or Green Belt Certification
• Experience with Smartsheet advanced features: Dynamic View, Data Mesh, Pivot, Calendar, and Control Center
• Experience using Smartsheet Resource Management, Bridge, WorkApps, or Data Uploader
• Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
• Healthcare industry experience
