Technical Project Analyst

Responsibilities

• Develop engineering team objectives and facilitate technical delivery in collaboration with Engineering Managers.
• Create detailed sprint plans, monitor progress, and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely delivery.
• Manage dependencies, track them to closure, and use verification techniques to manage changes in sprint scope and schedule.
• Identify potential risks and issues impacting project delivery and implement effective mitigation plans.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies, remove team impediments, and act as an agile coach.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and report performance metrics to management.
• Coordinate across cross-functional teams to build sustainable processes and manage release schedules.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related technical field.
• 3-6 years of experience within the SDLC (e.g., Developer, QA, Product, or other technical streams).
• Proven experience working with startup products in B2B, B2C, or SaaS environments.
• Proficiency in project management software such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana.
• Experience managing projects across cross-functional teams and coordinating complex release schedules.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or other relevant Agile certifications.
• A strong mix of both business and technical background to effectively interact with diverse teams.
