Responsibilities

• Provide organization and coordination support for engineering initiatives
• Lead projects through their entire lifecycle, including defining goals and developing timelines
• Track milestones, manage developer time, and identify risks
• Coordinate with developers, business teams, operations, support, regulators, and clients
• Communicate project schedules, priorities, and status updates to the larger organization
• Develop processes and tools in a flexible problem-solving environment

Requirements

• Experience working directly with engineering teams
• Experience managing software development projects
• Experience with project management planning tools such as Jira or spreadsheets
• Ability to describe detailed problems with brevity and accuracy
• Ability to handle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Fluency in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or another technical field
