Technical Program Trainer

Responsibilities

• Design laboratory training paths in the fields of automation, pneumatics, electropneumatics, and PLC programming in collaboration with the Foundation's educational team.
• Conduct educational modules for secondary school students using a practical and experiential approach.
• Adapt and personalize training activities based on student skill levels and available technical equipment at various schools.

Requirements

• Degree or technical diploma in mechatronics, electronics, industrial automation, or a related field.
• Practical or teaching experience with instrumentation and technologies involving automation, pneumatics, electropneumatics, and PLC.
• Proven ability to manage groups of students and encourage active participation through hands-on laboratory learning.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
