Technical Program & Portfolio Management Co-op

Responsibilities

• Assist program managers with planning and tracking multi-sprint or multi-quarter initiatives
• Support the preparation and facilitation of program ceremonies
• Maintain program artifacts including timelines, CRAID logs, and status dashboards
• Help identify cross-team dependencies and surface potential risks or blockers
• Support the maintenance of portfolio-level views, including initiative status and priority alignment
• Collect data from delivery teams to build accurate portfolio reporting and Smartsheet dashboards
• Track progress toward key milestones and produce recurring or ad hoc reports
• Organize cross-functional information in Confluence and other knowledge-sharing tools

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree at Drexel University with a cooperative learning track
• Available for a 6-month, full-time co-op term (September 22, 2026 – March 26, 2027)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint and Excel
• Experience with project management tools such as Smartsheet or Excel
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in-person at the Philadelphia office

• Pursuing majors in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or Communications
• Strong professional presentation and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively across diverse, cross-functional teams
• A desire for continuous learning and professional growth
