Technical Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee requirements, schedules, budgets, hardware, and software deliverables across the full UAS development lifecycle
• Coordinate and guide cross-functional teams including engineers, designers, and software developers
• Collaborate to develop detailed CONOPS, vehicle designs, avionics systems, and mission planning software
• Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
• Manage project resources, timelines, and budgets to ensure completion within scope
• Ensure all projects meet quality standards and comply with relevant regulations
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project status, risks, and milestones

Requirements

• BS or MS in engineering, management, manufacturing, or a relevant field
• 3+ years of experience in software project management
• Understanding of unmanned aircraft systems (UAS) and related technologies
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in project management tools and software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience within the defense industry or related technology fields
