Technical Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and delivery of complex, multi-team technology programs from concept through delivery.
• Partner with engineering, architecture, product, and business teams to define requirements and technical direction.
• Coordinate cross-team workstreams, manage dependencies, and drive alignment on technical milestones and sequencing.
• Facilitate Agile and SAFe program activities, including PI planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
• Identify and mitigate risks, blockers, and technical challenges while providing clear communication to stakeholders.
• Ensure solutions comply with enterprise security standards and technical design patterns.
• Utilize AI tools to improve workflows, automate tasks, and enhance decision-making processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, MIS, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience).
• 6+ years of progressive project management experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading technical projects or programs in an Agile environment.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar in a professional context.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, systems architecture, and technical design patterns.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAFe, PMP, ACP, CSM, or equivalent Agile/PM certifications.
• Experience with cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, GCP), APIs, microservices, or enterprise integrations.
