Technical Program Manager, Wearables AI

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage cross-functional programs, facilitating relationships across multiple teams to identify risks and manage dependencies
• Drive visibility, accountability, and execution across software development areas for the organization
• Understand the technology stack and roadmap to develop plans for mitigating risks and delivering features that meet customer needs
• Work cross-functionally to develop best practices and product development processes in a fast-changing environment
• Coordinate engineering deliverables including architectural diagrams, specifications, launch criteria, and test plans
• Provide hands-on program management during analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation phases

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of experience as a technical program manager leading complex hardware and/or software development programs
• Experience delivering technical programs or products from inception to delivery
• Analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving experience with large-scale systems
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience operating autonomously across multi-disciplinary teams and making informed technical tradeoffs

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with firmware development or the software development life cycle
• Direct experience with AI technologies and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices
• Experience shipping consumer wearable products with AI-powered features
• Ability to integrate AI tools to optimize workflows and drive measurable impact
