Technical Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Define milestones, manage dependencies, and track the health of multiple concurrent AI initiatives
• Use modern AI development tools and LLM orchestration to prototype and build AI features
• Build and implement dashboards, tracking mechanisms, and internal tools for AI adoption and ROI visibility
• Act as the connective tissue between embedded business teams, the AI platform team, and executive leadership
• Embed with internal product teams to scope, build, and deploy concrete AI use cases

Requirements

• Proven experience in Technical Program Management
• Experience managing multiple concurrent technical initiatives in a fast-paced environment
• Experience designing program-level visibility frameworks, including dashboards and metrics
• Strong execution mindset
• Ability to collaborate and influence engineering, product, and business teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Practical exposure to LLM-based systems, prompt workflows, or AI application development
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools ("vibe coding") and rapid prototyping
