About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the company-wide release process to ensure high quality and on-time delivery.
- Manage the tracking and planning of customer requests in collaboration with engineering teams.
- Track outstanding QA issues and partner with the QA team to ensure resolution.
- Maintain engineering productivity by planning requirements, identifying risks, and managing deliverable calendars.
- Work directly with major OEM autonomy customers to understand use cases and workflows.
- Collaborate with product teams on short-term and long-term planning based on the product roadmap.
- Automate engineering processes through scripting where possible.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience as a Technical Program Manager.
- Experience working within autonomous vehicle companies.
- Proficiency with JIRA, Github, Lucidcharts, and Smartsheets.
