Technical Program Manager, Supply Chain

About the Company

Fluidstack is focused on delivering massive-scale compute infrastructure for AI. The company acquires power, designs and builds data centers, and operates them with teams spanning hardware and software to accelerate the deployment of frontier compute.

Responsibilities

• Bridge engineering and sourcing on critical equipment categories, translating design changes into updated BOMs and supplier requirements
• Partner with engineering from concept through detailed design to shape specifications and drawings
• Own BOM accuracy and change control across the program to ensure sourcing issues POs against correct revisions
• Drive supplier selection and qualification through technical evaluations of vendors
• Review and approve vendor submittals, including shop drawings and test reports, against design intent

Requirements

• Experience at the intersection of engineering and procurement
• Proven track record running supplier qualification and selection processes
• Experience reviewing vendor submittals against design specifications
• Ability to manage BOM revisions and change control across concurrent engineering changes
• Strong technical communication skills to resolve disagreements between engineers and suppliers

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with data center or industrial equipment (switchgear, transformers, cooling, generators)
• Proficiency with ERP or PLM systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Arena
• Formal program or project management background
• Experience with modular or first-of-a-kind builds
