Technical Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Own downstream program management for one or more platforms from first flight through handoff to customer training and demo teams
• Drive schedules and milestones while managing competing priorities across multiple programs
• Align engineering and growth teams to ensure sales commitments reflect technical reality
• Review statements of work and partner with engagement teams to ensure contract accuracy
• Manage product handoffs to customer support, training, and demo teams
• Get hands-on with platforms in the field, including flying them
• Translate field insights into actionable feedback for engineering and product teams

Requirements

• 5–10 years of professional experience
• Proven track record in technical program management including schedules, milestones, and cross-functional delivery
• Technical expertise in software or hardware related to unmanned systems, robotics, aviation, aerospace, or mechanical engineering
• Ability to communicate effectively with engineering teams
• Strong organizational discipline and ability to manage multiple concurrent efforts
• Comfort working in a fast-scaling startup environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Defense-tech background or experience at an established defense-tech company
• Experience with unmanned systems, ISR, robotics, or aviation
• Agricultural-drone operation experience
• Experience in a growth-stage company
• Military background with transition into hardware technology
