Technical Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Own customer opportunities from RFQ through production handoff, focusing on Tier 1 accounts
• Lead cross-functional coordination across Engineering, Supply Chain, Production, and Quality
• Identify technical, operational, and supply chain risks and drive mitigation plans
• Develop and maintain milestone plans for quoting, engineering reviews, and production launch
• Support estimating and proposal development by reviewing drawings, BOMs, and technical data
• Manage change management and scope alignment for customer-driven updates
• Provide program visibility through recurring reviews and status reporting to leadership

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, Operations, or Supply Chain
• 5+ years of experience in aerospace, defense, or advanced manufacturing
• Experience leading cross-functional projects from concept through production
• Strong understanding of wire harness and cable assembly manufacturing (IPC/WHMA-A-620)
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and BOMs
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and ERP/MRP systems
• Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee per ITAR requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing customer programs in aerospace or defense manufacturing
• Familiarity with AS9100 quality systems
• Experience with NPI, production ramp, or manufacturing readiness reviews
• Experience in high-growth or startup manufacturing environments
