Technical Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the strategic planning, scheduling, and high-velocity execution of multiple enterprise-grade programs to ensure on-time delivery.
• Manage complex dependencies and technical communication across Platform, Forward Deployed Engineering, and Product teams.
• Synthesize deep technical complexities into actionable insights for both engineering teams and C-suite stakeholders.
• Proactively identify, track, and architect mitigations for technical risks unique to enterprise AI deployment.
• Modernize and scale agile execution frameworks using tools like Jira or Linear to support rapid ML development lifecycles.
• Define and report on key program health metrics and engineering bottlenecks to executive leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager or in a technical leadership role managing large-scale software or ML projects.
• 2+ years of experience managing programs focused on core engineering infrastructure, platform services, or distributed systems.
• Foundational understanding of the Generative AI lifecycle, including LLM utilization, model fine-tuning, and performance evaluation.
• Proven track record of influencing executive-level stakeholders and translating technical challenges into business impact.
• Advanced proficiency with modern project management tooling such as Jira or Linear.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior professional experience as a software engineer or data developer.
• Proven success driving the internal adoption of technical platforms, SDKs, or APIs.
• Direct experience with data quality pipelines, LLM-as-a-judge frameworks, or automated RLHF systems.
