Technical Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Interface with team leads across Design, Engineering, Factory Production, Field Operations, Software, and Procurement to understand requirements and dependencies
• Translate inputs into a unified, end-to-end plan with clear owners, dates, and handoff criteria
• Drive execution by tracking progress, surfacing blockers, and holding teams accountable to commitments
• Maintain the cross-project schedule in Jira/BigGantt, integrating timelines across all functions
• Track factory capacity allocation against project demand and flag conflicts
• Identify and flag critical path risks and cross-functional dependencies proactively
• Manage project priority stacks and triage issues across functions
• Own the design stage gate process and facilitate PRD development

Requirements

• 6+ years of cross-functional program management in hardware, manufacturing, or operations-intensive environments
• Demonstrated ability to identify and escalate schedule risks proactively
• Experience with Jira, BigGantt, or equivalent project tracking tooling
• Strong written communication skills
• Comfort with AI-assisted workflows
• Familiarity with modular/prefab construction, advanced manufacturing, or AEC
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
