Technical Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale technical programs across engineering and adjacent teams, including CI/CD, infrastructure scaling, and incident response
• Own Ramp's engineering incident response program, improving processes and running retrospectives
• Act as connective tissue between platform and product engineering teams to ensure high-quality execution
• Own programs end-to-end from scoping and kickoff through delivery and observability
• Partner with engineering leaders to define technical roadmaps and ensure alignment with organizational goals
• Help shape the TPM function by setting standards and defining playbooks

Requirements

• 5+ years of TPM experience, ideally in a high-growth startup environment
• Genuine AI fluency with active experience using AI tools like Cursor or Claude Code
• BA/BS in a technical or analytical field (Computer Science, Engineering, etc.)
• Proven ability to lead small, cross-functional teams toward ambitious goals
• Ability to operate as both an executor and a leader

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building programs at high-rigor, fast-moving companies
• Background as a software engineer or technical founder
• Familiarity with how LLM-based systems are built and deployed
