Technical Program Manager, Prime Tech

Responsibilities

• Act as a guardian of world-class customer experience by raising the bar on functionality, usability, and simplicity.
• Serve as the interface between product owners and development teams to define user stories and evaluate technical solutions.
• Decompose requirements into technical execution plans across multiple development teams.
• Track program progress toward goals and report status to product, business development, and technical leadership.
• Manage feature trade-offs to ensure timely software delivery without compromising customer experience.
• Engage with cross-company partners to identify existing technologies and components that can be leveraged to meet goals.
• Represent the technical team to senior leadership across the organization.

Requirements

• 3+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 2+ years of software development experience.
• 3+ years of experience in project management disciplines, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and critical path management.
• Proven experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams.
