Technical Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the planning and delivery of complex cross-functional programs from initiation through completion
• Develop and maintain program plans, schedules, milestones, risks, and deliverables
• Align stakeholders on program scope, objectives, priorities, and delivery outcomes
• Proactively identify risks, resolve issues, and maintain program momentum
• Facilitate cross-functional discussions to solve complex business and technical challenges
• Create dashboards, status reports, and executive presentations to communicate progress
• Promote continuous improvements in delivery processes, governance, and operational efficiency

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years in Technical Program Management or a similar role
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
• Proven experience delivering complex SaaS products or platforms in high-growth environments
• Strong understanding of Agile software development methodologies
• Experience delivering or supporting software solutions in cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across globally distributed teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure
• Experience supporting transformation, integration, or operational improvement initiatives
• Familiarity with AI-enabled tools and workflows
