Technical Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery for assigned Agentic AI customer projects including scope, schedule, budget, and risk
• Run the delivery pod consisting of a TPM, Forward Deployed Engineer, and Agent Architect
• Apply appropriate delivery methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid based on customer needs
• Serve as the primary delivery contact for customer project sponsors, IT, and business stakeholders
• Coordinate with engineering and architecture teams on integration, design, and conversational tuning
• Define and track deployment KPIs such as Time to Go-Live and Milestone On-Time Rate

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in technical project or program management for SaaS or enterprise software
• Experience delivering solutions in Contact Center (CCaaS), UCaaS, conversational AI, or CX platforms
• Proficiency in project planning tools like Jira, Asana, or MS Project
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies
• Fluency in English and Italian

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience delivering AI/ML, NLP, or LLM-based solutions
• Background in professional services or enterprise consulting
• Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or CSM
