Responsibilities

• Scope and deliver complex programs spanning multiple domains including engineering, security, and compliance
• Build and maintain frameworks to plan, track, and report on multiple concurrent projects
• Work closely with individual contributors, managers, and the founding team throughout the project lifecycle
• Drive projects through completion, including documentation, marketing, analytics, and feature delivery
• Leverage technical background to understand how decisions affect a highly technical customer base
• Identify, prioritize, and initiate new programs that improve operational efficiency

Requirements

• Proven track record in Technical Program Management
• Prior software engineering experience
• Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills
• Experience with backend services delivery
• Experience managing large scale, cross functional projects from development to customer launch
