About the Company

OLIX is building the next paradigm of AI infrastructure. The OLIX Decode Accelerator 1 (DX-1) is the first accelerator architected specifically for decode, utilizing rack-scale co-design of logic, data movement, packaging, optics, and interconnect to enable a step change in system-level performance.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional technical programs from initiation through to completion
• Define and maintain program plans, milestones, dependencies, and critical path across multiple workstreams
• Drive alignment between engineering, product, and business stakeholders on scope, priorities, and trade-offs
• Run structured program cadences including planning sessions, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Identify, track, and mitigate risks and blockers before they impact delivery
• Manage vendor and partner relationships through scope changes, timeline conflicts, and commercial negotiations
• Maintain clear program documentation including decision logs, status reports, and shared technical information
• Hold workstream leads and engineers accountable to commitments
• Escalate effectively and concisely when decisions need senior input
• Continuously improve delivery processes, tooling, and ways of working

Requirements

• 3+ years in a TPM, program management, or senior project management role in a technical environment
• Broad engineering background with technical experience across hardware, software, and manufacturing
• Proven track record delivering multi-disciplinary programs at scale
• Strong engineering literacy to engage on technical trade-offs
• Strong stakeholder management skills up to VP level
• Proficiency in program management best practices
• Structured thinker with high attention to detail
• Ability to operate in fast-moving, high-ambiguity environments
