About the Company

Neros is a defense technology company rebuilding America’s drone industrial base. We design and manufacture high-performance unmanned systems that are tested in combat, iterated at startup speed, and built at massive scale.

Responsibilities

  • Own and maintain the NPI master schedule, tracking milestones, dependencies, and risks
  • Drive alignment across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Production teams
  • Organize and lead weekly NPI status reviews and executive reporting
  • Coordinate Manufacturing and Build Readiness Reviews, including tooling and staffing
  • Facilitate Engineering Change Order (ECO) implementation and communication
  • Monitor daily manufacturing, test, quality, and supply chain issues during NPI builds
  • Coordinate procurement and deployment of NPI tooling, fixtures, and test equipment
  • Manage production firmware control-runs and implementation plans
  • Track NPI-to-PVT transition readiness and manage production ramp risks

Requirements

  • Experience in NPI Program Management from prototype through production ramp
  • Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams (Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing)
  • Experience with Engineering Change Order (ECO) and change management
  • Ability to manage schedules, critical paths, and risk mitigation plans

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Drone, Aerospace, Robotics, or Consumer Electronics industries
  • Direct involvement in DVT, PVT, and MP production ramp activities
  • Familiarity with procurement, production planning, and inventory management
  • Knowledge of Quality Systems (PFMEA, control plans, manufacturing validation)
  • Technical background in hardware, software, or manufacturing systems
  • Experience with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies
