Technical Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of enterprise-scale programs across core Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Copilot, and Power Platform.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Architecture teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical plans and influence design decisions.
• Drive execution with cross-functional engineering and operations teams to ensure high-quality, predictable delivery outcomes.
• Lead initiatives across multi-tenant M365 environments to ensure security, compliance, and operational excellence.
• Contribute to the adoption and scaling of Microsoft 365 Copilot and AI-powered agents, identifying opportunities for automation and service optimization.
• Establish program governance, including KPI tracking, risk management, and telemetry-driven insights.
• Provide clear communication and drive alignment with leadership and stakeholders across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in engineering, technical program management, or related technical roles.
• 6+ years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team technical programs.
• 2+ years of experience working with M365, cloud platforms, or large-scale distributed systems.
• Experience delivering programs using Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Azure DevOps (ADO).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience or exposure to AI/ML concepts, automation, or agent-based solutions.
• M365 services-related certifications.
• Strong understanding of Azure Cloud services.
