Technical Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage end-to-end technical product solutions and ensure on-time delivery
• Define and guide high-level goals, roadmaps, and long-term strategies for technical teams
• Manage cross-functional products and programs within a complex matrix organization
• Design measurements to track impact and drive internal process improvements
• Identify technical dependencies and develop effective mitigation strategies
• Communicate project status, risks, and milestones to stakeholders in a timely fashion
• Build bridges between product and infrastructure teams to drive adoption and alignment

Requirements

• Bachelor of Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of software engineering, systems engineering, or technical program management experience
• Proven experience delivering technical products or programs from inception to delivery
• Analytical and problem-solving experience working with large-scale systems
• Experience operating autonomously and working with multi-disciplinary teams across different time zones
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with technical management teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize workflows and drive measurable impact
• Experience implementing responsible and ethical AI practices, including risk assessment and bias mitigation
• Ongoing AI skill development, such as prompt engineering or agent orchestration
