Technical Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive delivery of Lovable’s most important cross-team programs
• Ensure predictable forward progress across complex technical projects
• Connect engineering work with company priorities and goals
• Identify technical dependencies, risks, and blockers early
• Facilitate technical discussions and alignment across teams
• Draft and maintain key technical documentation such as RFCs and ADRs
• Build lightweight processes to reduce friction in execution
• Remove coordination overhead from tech leads and engineers

Requirements

• Proven experience driving complex technical programs across multiple engineering teams
• Strong technical fluency regarding architecture, dependencies, and engineering tradeoffs
• Exceptional execution and coordination skills
• Proactive approach to anticipating problems and removing blockers
• Excellent communication and influence skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience as a Senior TPM, Staff Engineer, or Engineering Manager
• Founder mindset with the ability to drive initiatives end-to-end
• Experience in fast-moving startup environments
• Ability to act as a trusted partner to engineers
