Technical Program Manager, Logistics

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for logistics systems including WMS, IMS, material request ticketing, and dock management tools
• Translate warehouse and inventory operations needs into technical requirements and user stories
• Implement piece-part and kitting functionality within 3PL-hosted WMS and integrate with internal frameworks
• Track system performance across the logistics stack to ensure data synchronization
• Act as the primary bridge between logistics operations and engineering teams

Requirements

• Experience acting as a translator between operations/logistics teams and technical development teams
• Proven ability to write product requirements and user stories independently
• Deep understanding of WMS and IMS workflows
• Experience managing multiple digital products or systems workstreams simultaneously
• Proficiency in data analysis and validating system outputs

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience integrating 3PL-hosted WMS with piece-part or kitting functionality
• Background in operations or supply chain before transitioning to systems or product work
• First-principles approach to process improvement
